JOIN OUR GRADUAL, VALUES-BASED
GROWTH INTO PRIVATE PRACTICE
From Sarah, our founder & owner –
Hello there! We are in the midst of building something meaningful, intentional, and sustainable here at Workshop—and we’re looking for collaborators, not just independent contractors to join our vision to bring Workshop to life.
If you’re looking for a gradual, values-based growth opportunity into private practice, with supportive infrastructure and a founder who deeply cares about how we show up for clients and each other, we could be the right fit.
Please explore our website to learn more about our vision. The rest of this page outlines a bit of what we’re offering to our therapists, and if this all feels like you, we would love to meet you!
WHAT DOES WORKING AT WORKSHOP FEEL LIKE?
A Niche, Purpose-Driven Practice
We’re not just another therapy directory or volume-based clinic. We’re here to offer clients excellent, grounded, trauma-informed, eco-conscious, leadership and perinatal-focused, socially just and culturally responsive care—and we’re building slowly so that the foundation is strong.
We specifically are passionate about supporting millennial and gen-z women navigating personal and professional integration, motherhood, and leadership. If this is the kind of client you hold a special spot in your heart for, we are kindred spirits.
Flexibility & Autonomy
Our practice is remote first, with the goal of having in-person offices in Kitchener-Waterloo in the future. As a result, you can work from anywhere in Ontario, set your own hours, and work with your ideal client. You’re in control of your practice—with none of the backend headaches or burdens of being a solopreneur.
You’re Not Working Alone
Even while you’re working independently online, you’re part of something special. We’ll have team meetings, shared learning, and optional consultation opportunities. You’ll feel plugged into a strong community, all while working in private practice.
We Grow With You :)
As you can see, we’re just getting started! But we’ve got big dreams and big things to create. What this means is low (to no) caseloads at first—but also the chance to shape something from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in the direction we grow.
Done-for-you Admin & Operations
We handle the tech, scheduling systems, inquiries, billing, and marketing. You focus on your craft and the work you love.
In addition to connecting you with clients whom you are best suited to support, our system will take care of all the pesky, administrative tasks that take the fun out of your practice. We want to enable our team members to have generous amounts of time and energy to put towards self and client-care.
We are passionate about the responsible adoption of technologies like AI to enable our practice towards integrity, efficiency, and significant impact.
